Jaguar reject Antonio Pizzonia will be back behind the wheel of an Formula One car this week, when he resumes testing duties for BMW WilliamsF1.

Pizzonia, who started the season racing for 'the Cat', prior to being dismissed before the German Grand Prix in favour of Justin Wilson, tested for the Oxfordshire based squad last year.

The Brazilian is rated highly by many key people at Williams, and while at the moment this is just a one-off, he may yet return to the squad in 2004, particularly if current test driver, Marc Gene secures a race drive - something that isn't out of the question following his impressive fifth place finish at the Italian GP, when he stood in for the injured Ralf Schumacher.

Williams begin testing at Jerez today [Wednesday], and will conclude running on Saturday.

Pizzonia, who hasn't raced since the British Grand Prix, should test either Friday or Saturday - or possibly for both days.
