Pecco Bagnaia took his first sprint win of the 2026 MotoGP season at Brno

Bagnaia gets it done, he takes his first win of any kind in 2026 with the Brno Sprint victory, just holding off Ogura in the end.
Marquez takes third ahead of Di Giannantonio, Martin, Fernandez, Bastianini, Aldeguer, Binder, and Mir in the top-10.
Now it's Marquez applying the pressure to Ogura, but surely he can't pass both Ogura and Bagnaia in the last lap.
It's a fourth Sprint crash for Bezzecchi in 2026 as he slides out at turn three.
Ogura now to Bagnaia's rear tyre, but he can't find a way through yet. He's gapped Marquez a little that lap. That medium rear possibly just beginning to pay now.
Further back, Bezzecchi maintaining 1.2s or so over Martin.
Marini has crashed at the penultimate corner but looks okay, he's walked away.
Bagnaia maintaining 0.6s or so over Ogura, who is now coming under increasing pressure from Marquez. You feel Marquez has this one in his hands if he can clear Ogura in the next lap.
Acosta has crashed out at turn 11, he was pressuring Bezzecchi for that P5.
Martin up to fifth now.
Ogura closing that gap down now, 0.6s between them over the line. 0.4s better was Ogura on that lap as the Trackhouse rider set his best lap of the race.
Marquez now only 1.1s off the lead now as well.
Bezzecchi well out of it now, he's 1.5s behind Di Giannantonio.
Bagnaia over a second clear of Ogura now, the Japanese staying clear of Marquez although he was the fastest of anyone on that lap four.
Bezzecchi getting some reprieve as Acosta and Martin battle over sixth behind him. Acosta holds on for now.
Bagnaia leading Ogura, then a small gap back to Marquez who has Di Giannantonio on his tail. Bezzecchi falling off the back of them.
Vinales has crashed out at turn 12. Lost the front all on his own, but Moreira has also gone down from third.
That Moreira crash means Marquez moves up to third.
