MotoGP season starts with a bang in Britain.

Champagne flowed as the new MotoGP season started with a bang at a lively reception in the magnificent surroundings of Home House in Portman Square, London last week.

Britain's grand prix riders hosted the event which was organised by the Grand Prix Bureau and which was attended by over 200 guests including the media, sponsors, manufacturers and team owners and managers.

Proton Team KR star Jeremy McWilliams [pictured with TV presenter Louise Brady] and new Harris WCM signing Chris Burns represented the MotoGP class while Chaz Davies and Leon Camier did a fine job for the 250 and 125's, although neither of them could drink alcohol because they are too young!

Nevertheless, all will be hoping to spray champagne from the podium in the coming season.
