Reigning champion Jorge Lorenzo withdrew after re-damaging his collarbone on Friday.
Hiroshi Aoyama, injured at Catalunya, returned to action this weekend, while Pramac's Ben Spies was again replaced by Ducati test rider Michele Pirro.
