Misano MotoGP - Free Practice (3) Results

Zarco leads Saturday morning practice at the Misano MotoGP, as the Frenchman and Miller break into the combined top ten to secure direct access to Qualifying 2.

The session began with some damp patches, after overnight thunderstorms, drying slowly in the sunshine. The best laps by Zarco and Miller came in the closing minutes, but the top friday times remained unchallenged.

Lorenzo chose not to ride this morning, having already done enough to secure his place in Qualifying 2.

The top ten riders after FP3 (combined times) receive direct access to the second and final part of this afternoon's qualifying session.

Tito Rabat is absent due to leg injuries at Silverstone and has been replaced by Christophe Ponsson. Ponsson is using the GP16 machines of Simeon, who has been handed Rabat's GP17s.

KTM's Espargaro is returning from back and shoulder injuries at Brno.

Stefan Bradl and Michele Pirro are competing as a wild-cards.
