British Touring Car Championship bosses have revealed the provisional calendar for the 2012 season, which will again feature ten rounds with three races in each.

The season will start at Brands Hatch on the Indy circuit at the end of March before events at Thruxton, Oulton Park and Croft with a summer break while the Olympic Games take place in London.

Following the summer break are events at Snetterton - again on the 300 circuit - Knockhill, Rockingham and Silverstone before a return to Brands Hatch for the season finale on the Grand Prix layout.

The layout to be used at Silverstone has yet to be confirmed while the date of the Donington Park round is also still to be finalised and should be confirmed in the next three weeks.
