The FIM has today released an updated version of the 2003 entry list for the 125cc World Championship.

The changes to the list released on the 13th of December are that KTM will not only have World Champions' Arnaud Vincent and Roberto Locatelli [who has changed from #9 to #10], but the long expected Red Bull backing has also been confirmed.

125cc veteran Lucio Cecchinello and team-mate Casey Stoner will have Safilo Oxydo as title sponsors, while Matteoni riders Mirko Giansanti and Marco Simoncelli will race without the previous CWF support.

Popular German Steve Jenkner will now ride for the Imola Circuit Exalt Cycle Race outfit alongside Gabor Talmacsi, while Italians' Simone Corsi and Andrea Dovizioso will now ride for Team Scot, instead of the originally named CE BA Corse.

125cc veteran, and championship runner-up, Youichi Ui will now ride alongside Italalian Gioele Pellino at Sterigalda Racing, rather than the previous Fontana Racing entry.

New entries to the class since December are from British 125cc Champion Chris Martin [pictured] and Spaniard Alvaro Bautista, both riding the Seedorf Racing Aprilias, while Hungarian Peter Lenart has been revealed as riding a Metasystem Racing Service alongside Brit Leon Camier.

The Metasystem support will come as a huge relief to Camier and his family, as they had been prepared to sell their house to fund his debut GP year. Hopefully, this will not now be necessary.

Imre toth, who rode a Semprucci backed Honda last season, has received a last minute entry into this year's series on a Team Hungary Honda.
