PICS: Marquez passes Rossi at the Corkscrew
This is the moment the 2013 US MotoGP will be remembered for - Marc Marquez overtaking Valentino Rossi around the outside at the top of the Corkscrew.
The rookie held on as he ran over the kerb and onto the gravel during the downhill plunge, in what was almost a carbon copy of Rossi's 2008 pass on Casey Stoner.

After taking second place from Rossi, Marquez went on to catch and pass Stefan Bradl for victory, extending his Championship lead.
