Stefan GP car 'passes crash tests'

Following on from confirmation that a meeting was recently held with Toyota Motorsport in Cologne, Stefan Grand Prix has announced that its S-01 car has "successfully [passed] crash tests".

The tests were "done internally by independent outsourcing company" and "performed under strict FIA mandatory rule implementation... as [a] pre-test for confirmation of design and manufacturing of car."

The team added that the car "will undergo full FIA tests as scheduled by the end of January 2010."
